Free 2 hour street parking is available one block north of Wilshire Blvd on Clifton Way 8am to 6pm M-F ( Be sure to read signs as some areas of Clifton Way end at 6pm) or Paid parking in building on Wetherly East entrance.

Clinic 24 Hour Notice Policy

Kindly give at least 24 hrs notice in order to reschedule, cancel or change an appointment so you are not charged. New patients are all required to have a credit card number on file to book services. All treatment times are specific to your case and meant for YOU.  Being late or missing appointments not only affects your progress for healing, but also affects the flow of the office and is not fair to patients who are on time to be pushed back or denied service. Please be curteous.

Timeline (subject to changes)

On your first visit to our clinic:

• Introduction and explanation of the clinic policies & services.

• Filling out your new patient information and signed consent forms.  New patients please arrive 15 minutes early prior to appointment.

• Consultation with the doctor

• Exam if time allows or Exam is scheduled on second visit. Necessary X-rays and Lab tests are discussed for your case.
  
  

On your second visit to our clinic:

• Review with Dr. Kousouli your X-ray and exam results.

• Discuss treatment plans and options or Co-management with other therapists.

• First treatment and follow up instructions given.
  
  

On your third visit to our clinic: (Within 24-48 hours of visit two) 

• Follow up Treatment
  
  

Subsequent visits:

• Treatment or Re-exam to assess progress (every 12^th visit).
